Every now and again i feel the need to say something stupid simply to make myself seem less awesome.

So i just saw the Hunger games and i noticed a little something when doing so, those people where terrible for watching kids kill each other for their entertainment but by watching that movie i was doing the same thing. Also it sucked so bad i wanted to puke, instead of the dark murderfest and twisted gut wrenching corruption and evil the book had all the movie had was 2 hours of bad actors staring longingly at each other in dumb outfits followed by half an hour of people killing each other, except you couldn’t see most the blood or killing cause it was a “family friendly” movie so what you got was 2 1/2 hours of utter shit that did the book no justice!

ya know even now I’m seeing people argue about harry potter and honestly i just don’t get it. I mean don’t get me wrong i read all the books, saw all the movies but i never thought they were that great, especially the movies. Maybe its cause I’m an old cynic but i could never get into it, it just read like a book of cliches and magic, i never thought it was some kind of literary genius. I honestly thought up until the last book it was pretty childish, almost as childish as how obsessed people get over it, after all it is just a book series. If i had to pick a book series that was not only phenomenal but worth obsessing over it would have to be either the Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy or the lord of the rings trilogy. they both just seem better written and well, not to be offensive, but more for intellectual readers.

you ever had one of those moments where you’re about to get in the shower but then you have to poop so you figure you’ll squeeze a quick one out then get in the shower, but unfortunately the shitting takes longer than expected but you can’t turn the shower off because its out of reach, so by the time you actually get in the shower there’s no hot water left?
